Thank you very much for your outstanding service. Several years ago, we converted our five cottage resort and home to condos. We went the traditional real estate company route and managed to see four units in two years. Then the housing market went south. Four years later we still had two units. Your advertising was great. Auction day came and we were very nervous, but you were sure everything would come out OK and you were right. Both units sold over reserve. We were extremely pleased.
