Past Auctions

We have been to numerous Col.Rene' Brass Auctions, and witnesses first hand, a few Real Estate Properties being sold at auction.

So when we were faced with selling my mother's home in Phillips, WI, we decided to give Rene' a chance to sell it. After seeing how successful Rene' was at selling other real estate, we weren't at all apprehensive.-(many people thought we should be).

"Why would you even attempt to sell a house at auction?" "Isn't that kind of risky?" These are the questions we kept hearing from our friends and neighbors, from the time it was announced until the day of the auction.

Well, the house sold in less than 30 minutes of auction time with no contingencies, and for a price that was exactly what we were hoping for. Closing was in 29 days, with no problems along the way. It was a cash sale, so closing only took about 10 minutes, in OUR home.

WOW! It doesn't get any better than that.

Rene' and Bob were very enthusiastic and efficient at handling the auctioning portion of the sale. Karla was equally efficient in handling the Offer to Purchase and all of the other follow-up paperwork. And Linda did a superb job with the Closing.

All said, the entire process was an enjoyable experience.
