Includes: all cabinetry, propane oven, bunks, futon, and couch (see pictures below). Wired for outlets and lights – currently set up with propane generator that has remote start from cabin (generator and 2 Empire heaters not included but could be for additional price).
Location: Northeast of Rhinelander, Town of Stella.
Cabin must be moved by June 1, 2026 at the latest.
Moving the cabin is coordinated and paid for by buyer.
