When we decided to move out of state, we need help getting rid of most of our “stuff.” As former neighbors of ours had a Col. Rene Brass auction back in 2017, we decided that would be the way to go. We also decided that in addition to most of our household items, we would auction my 2021 Honda HR-V and our house too! We were told that everything would be sold in one day, and it was! Col. Rene and Col. Bob never tired of my frequent phone calls and never-ending questions, always encouraging me to call any time. Their entire staff are friendly, hard working, and were wonderful to work with. Our auction was heavily advertised, well-attended, and was an outstanding success, including the sale of the house! We closed on the sale of the home 40 days after the auction and were able to do so from Arizona. Everything went smoothly! The title company was great to work with and kept us informed every step of the way. If you are moving and wish to sell your home and home contents, you MUST let Col. Rene Brass and Col. Bob St. Louis handle an auction for you! You will be GLAD you did – we are! 

Helpful hint: Get a denture brush. The small cleaning heads are excellent for cleaning all the tiny crevices and spaces on your items, especially small appliances, radios, etc. I had one and wore it out getting ready for our auction, but all of our items were nice and clean!
